About the Speaker: Dave Niemi serves in his role at Kwik Trip after a 33 year career in elementary and middle school teaching and administration. Dave encourages store leaders and support center coworkers to embody the mission, values, culture, and ethics that brought them to Kwik Trip. He shares the Kwik Trip story with schools and business groups, and he helps resolve guest concerns in order to "make things right". Dave and his wife Carrie live in Holmen, Wisconsin. Dave says that they've been blessed with six grown children -- five married -- and ten beautiful grandchildren. Dave loves running and traveling to visit extended family throughout the Midwest.
